COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering SLPCP25 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the WLAW190X180Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MYCOM75P80 manufactured by Baumer-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 92401018842 by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Barden Brand PBO24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bauma¼ller such as 4620 equipment made by Bauma¼ller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bauma¼ller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bauma¼ller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T626 made by Baratron as well as the popular UNAM18P703 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the scA1600 by Basler and 4620 spares by Bauma¼ller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BUM60B12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
